What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently I accept the following payments for all domestic orders:
* Google Checkout
* Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal
* E-Checks via Paypal (subject to about a 4-day hold to clear)
*ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes! My products automatically combine shipping at checkout, making for easy and hassle-free shopping! Look in the item description for "THIS PRODUCT WILL AUTOMATICALLY COMBINE SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT" and know you'll be saving on shipping costs! Some items will still retain free shipping, and will say so in their descriptions.
Do you ship outside the US?
I will gladly ship my items internationally provided they are not prohibited entry to your country. For international shipping rates, please email me stating the items you are interested in. Remember, shipping internationally can be quite expensive, even for light-weight items! If your country has any tariffs or customs duties, you will be responsible for those as well. I always state the value of the item (purchase price not including shipping) on the customs form. Sometimes your country's customs may delay an item's delivery (from a few days to a few weeks).
IMPORTANT: For international orders, the only form of payment I accept is PAYPAL.
When should I expect my package?
I mail packages at least once a week. In selling items on eBay, it never took me more than 3 business days from receiving a clear payment to ship out a package. Sometimes I may be unavoidably delayed in processing your order. I will always keep you updated on your order's status and alert you to any delays. Payments sent though the mail and waiting for a personal check to clear will also add time to order processing.
After the package leaves my hands, it is up to the USPS. Their transit times vary for different services & distances, and may be slower during peak periods and holidays.

-- First Class = 2-9 days
-- Media Mail = 2-9 days (sometimes more)
-- Global Express Guaranteed = 1-3 days (available upon request)

-- Priority International = 6-10 days
-- First Class International = varies by country
*Transit times for International Services do not include time spent in your country's customs, which may range from a few hours to 2 weeks.
About Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is added by default to all items valued at $25.00 or more. This protects you from losing money in the event of loss of or damage to your purchase during the shipping process. If you do not wish to have your package insured, please contact me prior to making your payment and I will send you an adjusted invoice. IMPORTANT: If you choose not to insure your package, then you cannot be reimbursed in the event of loss or damage during transit with the shipping carrier.
For all items valued under $25.00, shipping insurance is not automatically added, but is highly recommended at just $1.75 extra. Email me for an adjusted invoice should you choose to insure. Additionally, for your convenience, I have added USPS Postal Insurance as an item in the store. Simply look for the "POSTAL INSURANCE CATEGORY" and choose the subtotal amount appropriate to your order.

Do you accept returns, give refunds, or make exchanges?
Please see my TERMS page for full details on returnable and non-returnable items & instructions. Each item description will state whether or not it is returnable. I cannot give exchanges as most of my items are one-of-a-kind, or the only one I have of that item! Refunds for qualifying items are given as store credit equal to the purchase price of the item (not including shipping) once an item has been returned to me in the same condition I sent it (please contact me first for a return code—see TERMS for full details). I try to describe my items fully with my customer's satisfaction constantly in mind!
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Loss or damage during shipping is why I add shipping insurance to all items valued at $25.00 or more. This is also why I strongly recommend against requesting its removal. Shipping insurance will allow us to send a claim to USPS to retrieve reimbursement for you if USPS happens to lose or damage your package during transit.
Items valued under $25.00 I do not automatically insure. In such cases, insurance would be a sizable portion of the overall cost of the item. These are also items that would be less likely to incur damage during shipping. However, it is not guaranteed. Insurance can be added to these items at the rates specified in my TERMS. Just let me know if you wish it added and I will make the appropriate adjustments to your invoice. Additionally, for your convenience, I have added USPS Postal Insurance as an item in the store. About Item Display
Items in eCrater stores are automatically set up to show newest additions first. You can use the "Filter" or "Search" links to the left of the page to sort through my items. Or, click on the "Categories" link at the top of the page to view a list of all my item categories & subcategories. Clicking on a Main category will show all items listed in its subcategories with newest additions listed first. Clicking on a subcategory will show items listed in it only with newest additions first.
