This poncho is brand-new & never worn, though it does not have any tags. It is crocheted, the color subtly changing from a very light blue (almost white) at the top to a medium blue at the bottom. The material has a sheen to it. It ties in the front to form a keyhole, and little knitted flowers dangle from the end of the ties. It is free size or one-size-fits-most. A black version is also for sale.
